Tracking your order: We know you are going to be excited to finally get some sleep, and you’re going to want to get your package ASAP! Please use the link in the tracking email we send to track your order. We are happy to help however we can, but most of the time the post office is great at answering questions when your package gets lost or is held.
Managing your account: If you need to skip a shipment or modify your account, just drop us a note here in the contact us box and we’ll get right on it! Something ship that you don’t need? Don’t panic! We’ll take care of you!
Canceling orders: For Subscription orders, you will receive an email 3 days prior to your order being shipped. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please do so prior to your order shipping. Any cancellations AFTER shipping labels have been printed and order fulfillment will be charged shipping cost.
