Vitamin + Smoothie Recipes

Hey moms and dads! I've been working on some smoothie recipes that include the AlternaVites vitamin packets. Adding the vitamin packets to smoothies are great alternative for kids who won't take the vitamins straight out of the tubes. Plus, you can have breakfast and vitamins at the same time :) Here are a couple recipes for you to try out on your own. Of course, feel free to add or subtract anything. Enjoy! 
Smoothies to mix vitamins with:
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 handful strawberries
1 medium banana
2 heaping spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt
2 ice cubes
1 pack of vitamin of your choice
Hidden Green Veggie Smoothie
1/2 cup milk
2 heaping spoonfuls of yogurt
2 tbsp of chocolate syrup or powder
½ cup blueberries
1 medium banana
1 cup spinich or kale
2 ice cubes
1 pack of vitaminof your choice
Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
1 medium banana
3/4 cup milk
1⁄4 cup peanut butter
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chocolate powder or syrup
1 pack of vitamin of your choice
Ultimate Summertime Fruit Smoothie
1 cup watermelon, cubed with seeds cut out
1 cup of honeydew, cubed
1 cup of cantilope, cubed
1 small handful of rasberries or blueberries
1 tbs sugar
1 pack of vitamin of your choice
Banana-Berry Smoothie
2 bananas, cut up
1 cup blueberries
1 cub of rasberries
2 cubes of ice
1 pack of vitamin of your choice
Orange Banana Smoothie
2 bananas, cut up
2 Large Oranges, sliced.
2 cubes of ice
With this one, you may want to strain, in case your kid likes it pulp free.
